Wayne Ramsey Premo - new Colorado state commissioner - his Ramsey family line
In May of 2013, Wayne Ramsey Premo assumed the role of Colorado state commissioner for Clan Ramsay. Although he has lived in Colorado since 1973, he was born in Virginia and grew up in Maryland. His Ramsey line descends from a William Ramsey (Ramsay) who bought land in Lincoln Co., NC, in the 1770s.
